Big Paintball Maneuvers™-2012: Borodino

Biggest scenario paintball game in the Europe will starts May 19, 2010 on the field some 20km from Moscow, Russia.

This year the scenario theme will be Battle of Borodino (or Batalle de Moskova)- biggest clash between Grande Armee and Russian Imperial Army during Napoleon's invasion in Russia. Some 250 thousand troops and 1200 canons made it one of most bloody days in our history with more than 20 thousand killed and 50 thousand wounded.
As Napoleon says later, "The most terrible of all my battles was the one before Moscow. The French showed themselves to be worthy of victory, but the Russians showed themselves worthy of being invincible"

Location: some 20+ kilometers from Moscow (TBA)
Date and time: May 19th, 2011, 10AM-6PM non-stop
On-cite registration: starts Friday, May 18th from 3PM
Camping cite: open from Thursday, May 17th 6pm till Sunday, May 20th 1PM
Award ceremony and concert: after game ends, approx. 6:30-7PM lease check for updates.

Russian big games and BPM™ in particular are widely employ pirotechnics, state-of-the-art armor and artillery (thanks to Eisern Kaput Panzerdivision). Game lasts one day, from 10AM to 6PM and occupied more than 80 hectars (200 acres) with 20+ buildings and different landscape (forest, meadows and swamps). Re-enter is open every 15 min from HQ and respawn points. 
This year expectations are 3000+ players (3384 in 2010, 3005 in 2011).
Admission fee is (generally, no players younger 12 years):
$40 if paid till February 19th (online only);
$45 till March 194;
$50 till April 19;
$60 till May 11;
$70 on cite.
Including unlimited air fill (NOTE: no CO2 fill at all); free hot meal; souvenirs (t-shirt or patch or similar) and accident insurance.
Rental equipment ($15 full kit) and paintballs ($55-70 a box) are extra.

Russian Imperial Army and Grande Armee
Two sides will be guided by HQ under "Emperor Napoleon Bonapart" and "Fieldmarshall Mikhail Kutuzov", each side will be divided into several divisions under command of "Murat", "Davout", "Ney" or "Bagration", "de Tolly", "Raevsky" and other historical generals and marshalls. Both HQ will rule the game through command network of pre-assigned "sergeants", "leutenents", "majors" and "colonels", who will be issued special insignia and patches. Every single player can appear at the "Recruiting Point" at HQ or join any division. If you have specific requirements according your side or corps (see list below), note that we guarantee coprs choice for every application paid before March 19th and side - befor April 19th. 
Any player will have chance to take part into close combat, massive attacks, anti-tank fighting or deep raids - game is composed of numerous missions, flowing every 15-20 minutes.

Non-field activity
There will be cafes, music, some inflatable attractions at the HQ zones. There will be paint and equipment stores, tech booth, grenade depots also.
After the game' end we host a concert with the first-line Russian groups like BI2, Nogu Svelo, Neschastny Sluchai etc. Game is run by 100+ personal - marshals, game masters, administrators, drivers, cooks, etc.

Transport
You can reach BPM cite by car or public transportation, details TBA. Some groups share rental bus. And there will be free shuttle service from on-cite registration to the HQ.
